Public Summary

This is a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study to evaluate the efficacy of hydroxychloroquine and azithromycin to prevent hospitalizations and worsening disease in persons with COVID-19. The study is designed to minimize in-person contact between participants and study staff; the informed consent process, screening, and randomization may be performed remotely.
