Public Summary

Since COVID-19, many anecdotal reports of stigma and discrimination have been made by healthcare providers, especially those who are Asian American/Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander (AANHPI), due to harmful racist stereotypes (e.g., Chinese virus, Kung Flu). This is a non-random online survey of healthcare providers to better understand the experiences of healthcare providers during COVID-19, particularly experiences of being stigmatized as a healthcare provider due to AANHPI race/ethnicity.
