Public Summary
COVERED is a 20 site Centers for Disease Control sponsored public surveillance study, in which we are trying to assess the attributable risk of providing emergency care to patients with COVID, and to identify ways to reduce that risk. To answer these questions, we are enrolling emergency department nurses, physicians, advanced practice providers, and nonclinical staff in a 12-week surveillance project.
