Public Summary

As a member of the UCSF QBI Coronavirus research group (QCRG), we study how SARS-CoV2 rewires the behavior of human cells for viral spreading. Our lab uses computational methods to predict virus-human protein interactions and mechanisms that are important for viral infection and could be targeted in COVID-19 treatments. Our collaborative work in QCRG also seeks to provide new biological insights needed to combat other emerging viral threats in the future.
