Public Summary

The aim of this study is to examine health care providers' perceptions of how they and their facilities are prepared to identify and manage COVID-19 cases. In addition, we will examine how perceived preparedness to respond to COVID-19 is associated with provider stress and burnout. The study is currently being conducted in Ghana, with plans to expand to other countries.
