Public Summary

The main purpose of this study was to determine how often patients referred for non-chest imaging studies have findings suggesting the presence of COVID-19. This could potentially be seen, for example, on a CT of the abdomen and pelvis that includes the lung bases or a CT of the neck that includes the upper portions of the lungs. A secondary aim of this study was to determine how often findings of COVID-19 can be identified in patients, within 2 days of their viral test date, on chest x-rays.
