Public Summary
The ColCorona trial is for people newly diagnosed with coronavirus who are not sick enough to need hospitalization.
To be eligible, you must be age 40 or older with one additional risk factor such as hypertension, diabetes, asthma, fever of ?38.4∞C (101∞F) within the last 48 hours, or shortness of breath. If you enroll, you will take a common anti-inflammatory drug called colchicine, or a placebo (dummy pill) for 30 days.
